Welcome to the HVAC Controls Program for Apartment Residents, Owners and Property Managers.

This Program will began February of 2005 and is approximately 50% completed.

Southern California Edison (SCE) is sponsoring a new program to install wireless occupancy-sensing technology to reduce HVAC system energy use when apartments are temporarily unoccupied. This technology is being offered free to selected multifamily properties on a first-come, first-served basis. This is very limited opportunity; all installations are expected to be complete by Summer 2005.
